Good day all,

My VP530 drops ongoing phone calls when it receives an incoming page. Any ideas on what can be causing this and how I can resolve it?

I don't have that unit but the other units have a Paging barge option...
Great suggestion craigreilly. I checked out the Intercom Barge through the webpage of the phone and Phone>Features>Intercom Barge and it is disabled but I suppose that Intercom and Paging may be implemented differently. I am going to get the logs to send to support.
I have sent the logs. Any estimate for how long they will take to reply?

Do you receive the reply from support? What is the firmware of your VP530? Do you set some different settings in VP530?
