On a W52p, is it possible to reprogram the # key to send a call after the telephone number is entered? We are currently using 3CX v12.
The reason we ask is because we currently have an elderly client who keeps using the # key thinking it will send the telephone number he just entered (but obviously does not).
Hoping this is possible as no matter how many times we tell him to use the Green TALK button, he keeps using the # key. Thank you.
