We have 3 Yealink T32G phones that we got from a private seller. All of which I have factory reset by holding the OK button for 10 seconds and confirming
None of the 3 phones get an IP address. They are all running PoE so I know the cable is good.
I have confirmed that a computer hooked up to the same line obtains an ip address via DHCP.
I went in to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Network >> WAN - confirmed it was set on DHCP.
I went in to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Network >> WAN - and took a peek at Static IP and it had a Primary and Secondary DNS filled out that I could not erase. This was odd to me considering that I have factory reset the phone and the 15 other Yealink t32g phones we have do not have that set after a factory reset.
Can you help me figure out why the phones will not obtain an IP address?
