Full Version: Problems resetting to factory settings

I recently switched from VOIP-provider from Voicedata to XS4ALL. I tried to reset my T41P to factory settings by pushing te 'ok' button for ten seconds. That didn't work so I contacted Voicedata. They had to clear their settings they told me. So they did today and confirmed this. Then I tried to reset to factory settings again by pushing the 'ok' button for 10 seconds.

After about 45 minutes the phone was still not reset so I switched the power off and on again. Now the diplay on the phone says 'Initializing... please wait' for about 30 minutes and nothing happens.

Can somebody explain to me what to do to reset the Yealink T41P to factory settings again?

for this issue, it is advised to connect your phone provider for help to help you to recovery update the phone and reset the phone to factory default !

Hi Rocco,

Sorry to tell you that the recovery files can only be sent to the distributor because of security reasons.
Please contact your distributor to do recovery update for you.
