Full Version: T38G Call Forwarding and Speaking

Hello,

i have 8 x the T38G VOIP in our Company,
with registred Accounts on each
and green shining leds and the extra keys on the right (DSS Keys).

But when i got a call and press forward and the green key from
Company Member 1. The Call goes straigt to him,
but i want first speak with member 1 and when i lay the telefon off,
then i want the call to forward to Member 1.

Do i have to use * or # for this?

They all are BLF Users.

You can enter the webpage->Phone->Features->Transfer Settings, select Attended Transfer from the pull-down list of "Transfer Mode via DSSKEY".
