Hi,

At my office we have the system set up as mentioned in title.

Issue we are having is the EHS seems not to be recognising when the button on the DW2 pro tells it to answer or hang up the call.

The DW2 pro system is all up to date.
I cant see where i can upgrade or downgrade the Yealink.

Is there anyway i can trouble shoot the reason this wouldnt be working.

on the old phone system we had it never had an issue but this system it has never worked.

for this issue, it is advised to upgrade the T41P and EHS36 to the newest firmware

if still not work , then please provide us the trace file for future analysis,trace file including pcap file, config bin and syslog file , we need pcap file to check the communication of phone and server side , we need syslog file to know what happened to phone side , and we need config file to check if any configuration is missed, so we need three of them provide at one time.

the button seems to not be reactive as it should the headset recognises thats it been pushed as it makes a tone but nothing seems to happen on the phone straight away.

it will work when you press it twice or 3 times.
Is there any settings i should adjust?
