Hi,

I sell mypbx systems with yealink phones and my customers are asking for auto answer on internal intercoms only but this must be done via the BLF keys but i would like to keep the monitoring feature of the BLF key

all the old NEC & Panasonic systems i remove have this feature which my customer would like to retain

please help

If you had a button that was a Intercom button so they would press intercom + BLF would that be acceptable?

If you need this new feature, please ask your distributor for help and they can supply more effective solutions or transfer your request to the corresponding techncial specialist.
