Full Version: Call Pick Up issue in T20 & T26

Hello,

I have noticed issue with the call pick up feature in Yealink T20 & T26 with BW releases 9.71.193.6 & 6.71.193.6.

Technically calls are disconnected by SIP BYE request from phones a few seconds after ACK with SDP is receive from BW AS. The call flow is :

UA (phone) <-> BW AS
->INVITE with call pickup FAC ->
<- 100 Trying<-
<- 200OK SDP<-
-> ACK->
<- INVITE without SDP to trigger a new media offer <-
-> 100 Trying ->
-> 200OK with SDP offer->
<- ACK with SDP answer <-
.....few seconds without any action...
-> BYE ->

If I check debug logs I don't see any indication why call pick up service with a new media offer isn't processed. There are only these lines:

Yes, of course issue will be related to ACK with SDP, how I can attach pcapng file ? Do you want configuration file ?

Can you supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap to your distributor?
How to Get the Correct Syslog, Config.bin and Trace
They can help you with this ACK with SDP issue locally and quickly.
If they can't help you, they will submit to the corresponding technical specialist.
