I have Yealink t46g + ext 40 installed, my problem is that not the leds lights in green or red, algiem can help ???

I assume the Phone can detect the units plugged in?
Login to the Phone Web interface -> DSS Key -> EXT Key
detects 2 ext 40 but the LEDs do not light up.

Now on the programming front, are the Keys programmed as BLF's or just Speed Dials?
Which version of you use now?
Please check whether you have enabled BLF led mode.
