We are still geting the echo. This may sound very strange, but... If there is a lound noise in the background, that will thne cause the error. This can be somones mobile phone receiving a Text Message (the bong sound) or outlook playing a new mail notification. If you speak quickly with a raised voice. The echo then continutes until the end of the call.
Hi All,

The echo is transmitted by the other side, so if you hear an echo in T32G it should be produced by the other side. You can let the other side to mute themself and check again.
If the other side hear an ehco it may be produced by T32G, can you help get a level 6 syslog and pcap trace? I will send to our R&D to do an analysis.

To syslog, you can set it to 6 and export it when the problem happen.
To pcap trace, you can start a wireshark in a PC which connecting to phone PC to get it when problem happens.

Thanks
James
