We try to use Siemens Gigaset C300 handsets with W52P base station. Registration is Ok. Paging works. But we can't call from C300 headsets. What we need to do?

Sorry. Our base only is well compatiable with Yealink handsets and other brand handsets can't be compatiable well with CAT-iq2.0.
