Hi guys,
Is it possible to have the ringing from a W52H handset come through the 2.5mm jack? we've plugged in a Sennheiser CC530 with a CCEL 191 connector and it works fine but the ringing doesn't come through the headset.
Is this possible in any way?

So just to confirm, there are no headsets available for the W52H that would produce ringing? Or is it down to the manufacturer of the headset? I am guessing that as it's only an audio-jack, this is controlled by the handset, not the headset?

but this is really a good advised for us , i have submit to our product team and they will consider and evaluate it !
