Hello,

I have three Yealink SIP T38G.
Now two with the same Problem.
With a loud buzzing noise in hearer (earphone)

What can i do?
I have changed the hearer (earphone) und changed the Power Adapter.
It is not the Power Adapter and not the earphone.

I want to repair it self.
Witch cap or elko on the T38G Mainboard is broken?
Can someone help me to resolve a Problem?

have you tried to reset the phone to test again ?

is the noise just on the handset ? speaker and headset have no issue ?

it is happened once you pick up the handset whenever you are on a call or not ?
if yes, then it should be the hardware issue , it is advised to connect your phone provide for a RMA !

I have reset 3x Times but nothing change. Buzzing noise is alway there.

Send it to RMA is too expensive. Because the Devices are older than 2 Years.
I want to repair it self.

I have found and replaced the defect component and now it works.
