Hello ! I try to upgrade handset from version 26.30.0.50 to 26.50.0.20 via USB. But flasher failed detect handset . Drivers instalation failed . I use flasher version 4.11.0.1. Could you help ?

1.Ensure the handset is turned on before connecting it to the computer.
2. To upgrade the handset firmware successfully, ensure the capacity of handset batteries
is enough. We recommend that you place the handset in the charger cradle during the
upgrade process.
3. Do you click "scan device" after pluging handsets to computer?
Do you use Windows system?
