This is a brand new W52p. I am not able to login to the web interface with admin/admin I always get the message:

The username or password is error!

I have tried resetting it back to factory and still have the same issue

Tried this on Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari. Also tried clearing the cache. Always the same result.

for factory reset I did the following:

1. Disconnect power from base.

2. Press Paging button on base, at the meantime, connect with power supplier. You may find all the light lit one by one

3. Release Paging button, disconnect power, connect power again.

I am about to give up, return the phone and buy a different brand.
Also tried:

1. Setting a static IP address - same results

2. Hard reset without ethernet cable plugged in
Following is the only right way to factory reset the base:

Please following steps:
1. Disconnect power supply from base, but leave network cable connected
2. Long press Paging button on base, connect power supply, wait until all lights are on
3. Disconnect power, release Paging button, and reconnect power again
Finally, after plugging the base and a PC into a network switch, that was not connected to anything else. I configured the PC and the phone base with static IP addresses. Once I did that I was able to login to the phone base's web interface with username and password admin/admin.

So...problem solved.
