Full Version: W52P Base issue

I just purchased a W52P Base with two DECT phones. I am unable to get the W52P to grab a DHCP IP Address. The link light does not light up even though it does link up.

I hooked it up to a laptop running wireshark and I never see it attempt a DHCP discover.

Is this a know issue or do i have a faulty base unit?
1. Is the memory of DHCP full? Do you test other DHCP server?
2. Do yo use Cisco SWITCH? Can you connect to other static IP address? Then go to the webpage->Network->Advanced, disable LLDP and test again.
3. Do you have other Yealink phones?
