Hello,

I got a load of phones which are all
Firmware Version 9.70.13.9
Hardware Version 7.0.1.62

They are being used on a 3CX system. I have tried upgrading the firmware through the 3CX interface as well as through the phone's interface and on both occasions the same happens. It does a reboot and at some point states that the update is skipped.
I have tried upgrades to
9.71.0.168 (as it is the currently recommended for 3CX)
9.72.0.30
9.70.1.20

Always the same. As if the phone is protected from being upgraded.
I have also noticed that the phones I already have in production who upgraded fine are Hardware Version 7.0.1.61
What is the difference there ?

Thank you in advance.
Kai
Firmware Version 9.70.13.9 is a custom version which is protected from being upgraded. So please ask your distributor for help.
same problem on t20p's:

Firmware: 9.70.188.13
hardware: 7.0.1.62

upgrading to 9.71 and 9.72 will give version 9.70 after upgrading.

on a T26p no problem with the 6.72 firmware update
9.70.188.13 is a custom version too which is protected from being upgraded. So please ask your distributor for help.
.188 is a custom (dutch) firmware.
