we have a customer with two t32 phones and they both lost registration today and we can't figure out why...

here is what we see in phone log file

Thanks for your information , do you mean the two T32 suddenly lose the registation ?
How often does this issue happen ,only once or sometimes?

Sorry from the syslog, we found the syslog level is only 3, it doesn't contain enough information, could you please provide me the level 6 syslog, pacp trace and config.bin for investigating ?
