Was there a solution for this issue?
Currently i'm experiencing the same issue with 3 VP530 phones running the latest 23.70.0.40 firmware.

I have included the config, syslog and pcap trace.

Hi,
For this issue, I suggest that you can try to reset the phone to factory settings to check if it can solve this issue.
Would you please try to make a directly IP call to check if this issue still exist? And please try to reduce the log level as 1 to check again.
