Full Version: Caller ID lost after Group Pickup 3CX

I have tested your scenario with 3CX in my side. But I think 3CX server doesn't provider Group pickup code.
I provided below scenario if it can meet your requirement.
1. C set BLF to monitor B. A and B in the same group that group number is 8000.
2. D call this group 8000, A and B all ring. But A and B can't answer this call.
3. then press BLF in the C can pick up the group call.
Do we know if this has been fixed yet?

We are running 3CX version 12 SP6.1 with Yealink T46G handsets. Firmware they are running is 28.73.0.45.

Just wanted to let you know that this issue is NOT fixed in 28.80.0.70 (T46) and 35.80.0.70 (T48)

Strange though in my T21 with 34.72.193.20 is working fine!!!!

I stand corrected !!!!
After performing "Reset to factory defaults" and Reprovision, Caller ID appeared on the screen after group pickup

features.pickup_caller_num_record.enable= 1

Hi Michael,

We are trying to get this feature to work but we are unable to show the id of the caller in the screen.
We have an mixed variety of phones, mainly T26p, T27P and now the new T27G's
This feature works on our old T26 phones but not on the new T27P's and T27G's.

the software versions on the phones are:
T27P: 45.81.188.4
T28G: 69.81.188.2

we've already added the features.pickup_caller_num_record.enable= 1 to the provisioning, and updated the firmwares, but none of this helps.

is there something else we have to change?

I saw this posted on the Yealink forum and wanted to check here to see if anyone knows if this has been resolved? We're considering deploying a 3CX phone system, but trying to keep complaints down to a minimum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yealink fixed this in a firmware update although it was a 3CX issue that caused it. So, 3CX - 0 Yealink - 1
