I have about 200 T41P phones in my call center. I'm trying to use the Action URL to log when someone hits the reject button, or when they miss a call. The phones only have a single active line, but it is logging both a Reject and Missed Call when the queue tries to send a call to them. Any thoughts on how to stop this?

I test here, the phone won't send both reject and missed call URL to server.
1. Can you test again? And can you tell me the firmware of the phones?
2. All phones have this problem?
3. You can reset the phone then test again.
