We having a microphone problem with the t41p phones.
When you pick up the handset and talk through it, you will hear yourself verry loud throuh the handset speaker.

So when you make a call you will hear yourself verry loud.

Is it possible to adjust the microphone volume?

Platform: Broadsoft
Firmware: 36.71.188.2
Hardware: 36.0.0.0.0.0.0

Do you change a handset and test again?
Or do you plug this handset to headset port and test again?
