For a SIP-T26P phone I want to upgrade firmware 6.70.13.9 to the newest firmware 6.72.0.30.

When I do this the phone doesn't upgrade.

Do I have to upgrade first other upgrades? 6.71.x.x or 6.72.0.25?

Hope you can help me out.

Netvox I believe that the x.xx.13.x in your current version denotes that the firmware currently on your phone is from Tiptel. They have provisions in their version of firmware that keep you from upgrading to a non Tiptel version of firmware. Your best bet would be to contact Tiptel and find out if they have a higher firmware version available for you to use.
