Hi tsukraw, Hi all
I just wanted to give an update.
We had the phone set to reprovision, whan powered off by mistake. As some of our PoE infrastructure is a little unrelieable, phones were reprovisioning often.
We used an only slightly adapted 3cx template, which overwrites many things (BLF, screen background, ring tone, brightness etc), the user likes to set for himself.
We changed this now, by disabeling those lines in the provisioning template "#"
While doing this, we noticed that the "<!-- -->" doesn't seem to be working, especially, when you have breaks in between. You have to use "'#"
Is their any way to sync the BLF the users define directly on the phone back to the 3cx server automatically?
Thanks for the help so far
best regards Frank

We've been doing this since SP1 on V12 when we switched from Grandstream to YeaLink phones.
Never seen that issue before on any of the systems we have installed.
