Is it possible to automatically answer calls that are from a specific callerID using a Yealink T48G?
This is a special requirement. Can you tell me why do you need this function?
As I know, Yealink phones can support this.

The hosted PBX solution we deploy has an API that allows you to place a call. When used it will place a call to you, which (once answered) will dial to the number you wish to dial.

Right now when people use it (wearing Plantronic Headsets) they will have to "answer" the phone in order to place a call.

The initial dialling always comes from the same CallerID.

I've tried adding an extra line and configuring it to accept all calls and use this line for the purpose, but I'd really rather have a solution where you can accept calls based on CallerID.
