Full Version: Yealink SIP-T20P Voicemail Issue

We have purchased 25 new Yealink SIP-T20P IP phones through Vocalocity, all have the same settings on the hardware as well as within the virtual receptionist. One of the phones however is sending the calls that it receives directly to voice mail after 1-5 seconds, when no one else is on line 1 or 2. It also happens if we have a person on line 1 and line 2 is free.

We have already checked with Vocalocity and confirmed nothing from there end is causing the issue.

Please assist me.
What is your current version of T20P?
Does this phone have different version with other T20P? Does other account register to this T20P and have the same issue?
