Hi! I'm trying to config the common file for a pool of IP phones T20P but I can't to get the upgrade. However the y000000000007.cfg and MAC.cfg are loaded and proccessed by the phone.

Here the configurations:
Current phone software
Versión Firmware 9.70.0.103
Versión hardware 7.0.0.53

Trying upgrade to: 9.73.193.50 firmware

Getting syslog and split to rom upgrade logs

Thanks for the help
From the syslog, we can know that the phone can't download the firmware from the server, so the phone can't upgrade to new version.

Suggest that you can check the server or change other server then test again.
And why do you need to upgrade to 9.73.193.50.
This is a Broadsoft version, if you don't use the Broadsoft PBX, please don't upgrade to this version.
