Hi,

I am running firmware 6.70.0.150 on t26p and t20p phones. I am having issues with SNMP turning off after a period of time. The phones appears to simply stop responding after about 8hrs. I will check the configuration and all settings are as they should be : enabled = yes
port 161 = yes trusted address = x.x.x.x (my snmp server). I have been successfully monitoring over 200 different devices from this server for about a year now and only the Yealink phones do this. Can you please confirm If this a firmware issue and if so, What version firmware will correct this issue?

Matt
1. Do you follow below guige?
SNMP Feature on Yealink IP Phones_V71

2. Do you test the latest version?
I have read the guide and have done as the guide explains. The guide is written for both v70 and v71. The question is wether there is a bug in v70. As I have many phones on this firmware i [/align]would prefer to leave it that way. If you can tell me their is bug, then I will upgrade
I advise you to upgrade your phones. This version is a Beta version which isn't a commercial version in Yealink website.
I have upgraded to 6.71.0.165 and will trial. While I was at it, I upgraded to 6.72.0.30 also. I found that the SNMP settings have disappeared completely from the phone?

Sorry - the entire SNMP fields/service have disappeared.
Sorry. We delete SNMP feature in V72. 6.71.0.165 still has SNMP feature. What is the result of your trial?
