Hello,

We have a VP530 which is stuck in a loop. When it boot it goes from initialization to the autoprovisioning request and it seems it cannot get one so it resets and all starts over again. Is there any other way to wipe the config ? I've tried the recovery method and pressing OK but both don't work.

You can ask your distributor for about the full recovery mode with VP530.
