Hi,

I tried to upload a new ringtone. First try the upload failed about 47%. Second try upload failed about 50%. After that I reduced the size of the ringtone and convert it to mono.
Now I can not upload the ringtone, because I got the message *no space left*.
After reset, the same message appears.
What can I do to get the space back.

firmware version 36.72.0.1, T41P

Can you reset to factory and get the space back?

I had done factory reset!
I got again the message "no space left!"

In order to do more troubleshootings, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap.

Please upgrade to 36.72.0.25, reset to facotry and upload again.
