Having problems with the voice mail indicator on recently purchased T22 models. RingCentral is the cloud based subscription service. All other functions seem to be working well. Please advice on configuration options.

Hi,
Do you mean the issue is when you leave the voice message for the phone ,there will be not indicator on the phone to prompt voice message ,neither the LCD will show NewVoice Mail nor the Message light will turn on, is it correct ?

if it is correct,yes, it seems the issue will ossur when using with RingCentral , the R&D now is investigating this issue,if any update, i will let you know.
