Hello, I've been update my Yealink SIP-W52P and аfter update I have a problem. My handset always lose connect with the base. The version of base firmware is 25.40.23.3, but by the link the newest is 25.40.0.15.

I can found 25.40.23.3 firmware here but there is also another version for handset (26.40.0.26).

I can't understand what information is up to date.

25.40.23.3 is a custom for our distributor YUK and 25.40.0.15 is the latest version of Yealink neutral version.
You should check the handset version for your base at the same time.

Thanks for reply. I'll check firmware version of handset when get home. What version should be? 26.40.0.26 of YUK distributor?

yes. You can use this version.
