Provisioning phone with v60 scrip ... I can't find the command :

Under v70 it is : transfer.dsskey_deal_type = 1

Under v60 :

I am unable to register T28 phone. i have registered t46 and t19 successfully. what could be wrong with this phone? i have also upgraded the firmware to the latest version. it is saying register failed.
