When the "Daylight Saving Time" is set to Automatic, or when set to enable. The time is shown as an hour behind.
It appears that the issue is the same as one fixed for the W52P device.

I'm currently running Firmware Version 23.70.248.202 on the VP530.

The following release notes document shows information of a bug fix on a different device.
http://www.yealink.com/Upload/W52P/V40/W...20note.pdf

There are multiple releases documented, but the relevant one is
Release Date:August 17th , 2013

Section 4. 10
4.(Bug Fixes)
10. Fixed the issue that ‘Daylight Saving Time’ doesn’t work when set to ‘Automatic’, and the handset’s time is an hour earlier.

Here is a copy of what I believe is a relevant section from the system.ini file extracted from an export.

[ LocalTime ]
strTimeName = +12
strZoneName = New Zeland(Wellington,Auckland)
iDSTType = 2
iDSTTimeType = 1
StartTime = 9/5/7/2
EndTime = 10/1/7/3
OffSetTime =
;; NTP client
bNTPEnable = 1
strPrimaryNTPServer = cn.pool.ntp.org
strSecondaryNTPServer = time.windows.com
nNTPPort = 123
;; NTP inter
nNTPLeaseSeconds = 1000

bEnableDHCPTime = 1
eDateFormat = 6
eTimeFormat = 1

Further investigations shows that
the OffSetTime = field is blank it should be 60.
The EndTime = also has incorrect values, it should be that the daylight savings ends on The first Sunday in April, when 3.00am becomes 2.00am.
Thank you! I can reproduce this issue in my office and has submitted to R&D for modification.
Thanks, it does appear the web interface is not writing the parameters correctly to the system.ini file. What I have done for the mean time, is to modify the system.ini file manually put it back into a copy of the compressed backup file then pushed back to the phone.
wahh. Awesome!!
