How is this implemented in V73? We been waiting long time for this needed feature, I am testing the V73 but don't see how to do this here yet? Please advise many customers are waiting and Q3 was the promise then delayed again.
Hi Alexgnzalez,

You can press transfer+prefix+blf to achieve this in V73 Beta firmware.
In V73 commercial firmware, it will allow you to press prefix+BLF to achieve this.

James

Can you explain where this is located? I just don't see it?
Can anyone using the updated firmware verify that it does allow for direct xfer to voicemail via a dss key + blf?

Also does it allow for autoanswer intercom via prefix dss + blf?
Still does NOT work -
Our system uses xxx* as the voice mail
Since you can't "POSTFIX" a number, we PREFIX then number 8 ( V key = VoiceMail )
Dial Plan replace is 8(xxx) = $1* so 8105 will be sent as 105*
HOWEVER the following do NOT work smoothly
Prefix key = 8
Transfer key = 8
Speed dial key =8

The ONLY way we can make it work in v73 is this
Press [TRAN] use soft key or HARD button on phone
Press 8
Press [DSS/BLF] for the extension you want to send to vm
WAIT for [TRAN] to show in the display -
Hang up or Press [TRAN]

NOT what we had hoped for
Any movement on this? I have a customer that wants this feature also.
Promised for OVER A YEAR and - Still does NOT work -

Yealink - WHEN will this work?

It is a simple feature that has been on EVERY PHONE SYSTEM since 1876
Hi,

We have supported transfer + prefix + blf in V73 as requested before.
Since some dsskey mechnism in Yealink phones. "Prefix + blf" tranfer to voice mail is not supported yet.

Hi telepathinc,
Is it possible that you can change the voice mail code in the system? It seems that xxx* is used very little.

Regards,
James
I am using the T46. Firmware=28.73.0.50
I have a prefix button set to "*"
With a caller on the line I hit the Prefix then hit the BLF and the Voicemail comes through on my line, it does not connect the original caller to the voicemail, original caller is still on hold.

If I create a DTMF button with value "##*{exten}#".
I can hit the DTMF button and it properly sends them to the voicemail.
I would just have to create a button for each person and I do not have the space.

My Intercom button using a prefix of *80 works great with the BLF buttons.

I also tried 28.80.0.60

Are there any work arounds for this model?
Does it work properly on the T48?
