I have two Yealink T22P and T26P phones that do not work properly.
when sound is not hear the person on the other end; I have to reboot all the time to solve the problem temporarily.
what to do to solve the problem permanently

Pleasae tell me the firmware of the phones firstly.

Will the both side can't here the sound in the meantime?
Or just one side can't hear the sound?
How long the issue will occur?
