Hi,

Does anyone know why the T48G phones (probably other models too) send BLF SUBSCRIBE messages in two ways to the PBX? They send the SUBSCRIBE as:
1) park00@<pbx_ip>, park01@<pbx_ip>, etc.
2) <phone_mac_address>@<pbx_ip>
I have Call Park keys set on the T48G so I get why the phones are subscribing to the park BLF, but why would they also be sending the 2nd subscribe way, with the phone's mac address? And it sends a bunch of them (approximately 5 or more) in succession. My PBX doesn't like seeing this 2nd way to subscribe. Is there any way to turn that one off? or is there an explanation as to why it is doing this?
I ultimately would like it turned off though.
Any ideas?

Dear Customer,

This is Kevin from Yealink support team, nice to know you here.
About your request, can you send me PCAP file, then I can submit to R&D with exist example. Thank you.

BTW, I think call park feature can work, right? May I know how many phones do you have?

Kevin
