hi all !
my T46G does not work fine about backlight .

setting is :
backlight inactivity level : LOW
backlight time : 15 (1 minute in old firmware)

when time finish the display becomes OFF

i tried 28.72.0.1 - 28.71.0.180 firmware but no solution

i have 3 T46 items more and i have no problem with same setting

any idea ?

p.s. hardware versions of all items is 28.2.0.128.0.0.0 and problem is present both poe power that with adapter power supply

Hi bellopapo,

Do you mean that your T46G's backlight off until reboot? Or until you active it again?
Can you reset to factory and test again?
