Hello all,

My Yealink T46G was hacked because I set it to public IP without changing default admin password. Now I cannot access the Web GUI by filling in default admin password.

Then I tried to factory reset it by pressing OK for 10 secs; unfortunately, I still requires to fill in the admin password.

So, what should I do? Please!!!!

Thanks
check the manual for a recovery mode like the t32 has. I have used it before and it does a complete wipe and firmware update.

Remove from network
Reset to factory
Use default password

It could have been programmed with a config server thus the reason to remove from network....
