We have a T32G phone and a Plantronics CS500 Series wireless headset. My question is when a new call comes in there is about a 1 second delay between the wireless headset and phone. I know its not the phone because if we use the handset there is no delay. Does anyone else have this problem and is there any settings I did not see to correct this?

Do you use a EHS36? Please upgrade EHS36 to the latest version.

That is the thing we don't use a EHS36 we have T32g phones and it did not list it was compatible. If getting one of these will that stop the 1 second delay?

Sorry. T32G doesn't support EHS36 now and i can't give your guarantee that wireless headset can work on T32G well.
Tested headset list compatible with yealink ip phone
