Hello, what's about a thread to point out broken links and files in Yealink site?

I'm starting with this:
Home > Support > IP Phone > IP Phone SIP-T20P
This link:
Yealink Configuration Conversion Tool User Guide
http://www.yealink.com/Upload/Version/T2...0Guide.pdf

My PDF reader reports "the file is damaged and could not be repaired".

Hi Mauro,

Thanks, the web site administrator has fixed this issue.
please use the below link to download the file.

Hello!
I've noticed that the main menu in main Yealink site has got some usability problems with touch-screen devices (you cannot use its sub-menus on those devices).

The menu is designed to expand when you mouse-over one of the items in its main line. But they also work as buttons: if you click on one of those items, it will bring you to a specific page. This is no problem if you are using a mouse... but if you are using a touch-screen where mouse-over is not supported, you cannot expand a menu without activating the link of the main button.

E.g.: If I "tap" on "Support", its menu will expand for a while, but the browser will immediately load the http://www.yealink.com/solution.aspx page.

Considering the popularity of tablets, and that Windows 8 has been released, we can guess touch-screen users will continue grow...

Hi Mauro ,
Thanks for your informaiton , could you please let me know which device you use , and which broswer and the version ?
We have tested the scenario you mentioned , but it seems work well, so hope you could provide use the details about it , then we can check ASAP.

Best Regards!
Tried with a Motorola Milestone 2 Android 2.2 phone (with built-in browser and with Opera Mobile browser 12.10) and with a Samsung Galaxy S Pro Android 2.3 phone (with built-in browser).
When I click on the "Support" button, the menu expands only for an instant, then this page is loaded, with the menu closed again. It's almost impossible to click one of the items inside the menu before it closes due to page loading. Sad

Now trying with a Fujitsu Lifebook Windows 7 Tablet PC, instead (I take in account the "finger" input only (no mouse-overing possible), while that PC also has a "pen" that supports "mouse-overing" if keeping the pen next to the screen, without touching it)...
- With Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox 17.0.1, and Google Chrome 23, the link is immediately followed when I tap on the "Support" word, but this time, the menu I previosly selected expands automatically again after the page loads. This may be okay. Smile
- With Opera Browser 12.12, the menu is not expanded again after the page loads... Sad
Hi Mauro,

Thanks for the details you provided !

We have tested Yealink Website on IPad, IPhone and several Android Phones, all works well.

As for Opera Browser 12.12, we will work it out soon.

But it seems the design of our Yealink has caused you a little inconvenience. We didn't set table of contents (see attached 2) on all secondary pages (see attached 1) , or you will have no problem visiting all pages listed on the menu.
