Hello,

we are experiencing some issues with the hotdesking feature c/w 3CX version 12.

The problem is that we cannot register through the hotdesk feature (T28 firmware 2.71.0.168) because the password seems to be transmitted incorrectly.
Please note we are able to register through the web administration.

We have tried to downgrade to T28 3CX firmware 2.61.0.121 and then hotdesking is working properly but the CTI function won’t work so that’s not a solution for us.

Ideas?

Can you upgrade to the latest version 2.72.0.25 and test again?

I have updated to 2.72.0.25 and hotdesking is working properly again but now the 3CX CTI is not working anymore.

Any solution to this maybe?
