My T46G phone is stuck on initiating please wait screen. Holding "X" or "OK" for 10 seconds, as well as rebooting the phone has no effect.
I need the recovery files to fix this. I have read on these forums that those are only available on demand
Is it possible for someone from Yealink to send over these files:
T46.rom, T46.bin and T46.rfs?

Pleaes tell me the firmware of your phone firstly.

Firmware version is 28.72.188.27

Where can I find the recovery files for the T46G. None of my admin passwords work any longer and I can't get into the phone.

Let me know if you need the MAC address.
