We have a bit of a interesting setup we are working on.
What we got is a main office that houses 3CX and our main PRI.
Then we have branch offices with phones and a local analog Patton FXO gateway with a single POTs line that is intended to be used for 911.

T46G phones.
Account 1 is registered to the 3CX at the main office over VPN tunnel and normal calls all go over the VPN to the PRI.
Account 2 is registered directly to the local Patton FXO line.

What we initially thought we could do was on the phone have it so that if 911 was dialed from the phone we could use Dial-NOW and have it sent on account 2. We didn't correctly understand Dial-NOW.

Is there any way to change which account the number goes out on depending on what is dialed? Or force 911 to always go out account 2?

The reason for this design is so that if the main office/internet/vpn whatever outside of the branch office is down a phone could still call 911 and have it go out the local gateway.

Any ideas?
Hi tsukraw,

Yes. You can achieve this feature using dial-now feature.
Please refer to our admin guide of T4X for dial-now feature.

Ok looking at the manual i see
Enter the desired line ID in the Account field or leave it blank.
If you leave the field blank or enter 0, the dial-now rule will apply to all accounts on the IP phone.

So if i understand correctly the part about leaving the field blank or enter 0 means that if nothing is entered it will automatically call out whichever line is active for the call correct?
If you leave it blank, the dial-now number will automatically call out on the account that you choosed or defaulted line now. The defaulted line is display at the bottom of the central.
