Hi,

I have a T21 Yealink
Firmware Version - 34.72.0.76
Hardware Version - 34.1.0.0.0.0.0

I have the two lines with the same SIP account. When I am in a call, and the new call entry, I would like to the second button blink, but It doesnt work.

The second call beeps me in the actual call and the message apear in the display.

I would like to answer with the second button of the line.

Its this possible? Some body knows how to get it and where options can I need to configure?

to answer the call , you can just press the line 2 key to answer it
