Hello, I have a T23G telephone with a Wired Yealink headset. Every once in a while the headset volume would go extremely quiet, and even cranking the volume up wouldn't work. It would eventually come back.
It is now not fixing itself. I have unplugged the headset, rebooted the phone, but nothing is working

Hi eschmitke,

In your case, this seems to be a defective headset, if you have more than one phone, I would suggest using the headset on the other phone for a while and see if it happens there as well.
