when I go to the list of calls and answer a call that I missed, the dial plan doesn't seem to be applied. Is there some option to enable this?

It's a replace rule.

Prefix: (.)@.
Replace with: $1

I want to replace a number like "+4911111111@blabla.de" with "+4911111111"

I think there is another problem, please try the syntax below via auto provision.
