I am running FreePBX most current version. One of Schmooze commercial modules is RestAPI. An application that allows users to control various features offered by FreePBX. The T23P (10/100) model is listed as supported by RestAPI application. The T23G (gigabite version) is not listed as an accepted RestAPI supported telephone (by RestAPI supported list.) As these telephones appear to be the same except for the port speed, is anyone currently using the T23G with the RestAPI application on (your) FreePBX system? Will the T23G model work with RestAPI?

Yes, T23G is same to T23P except speed. They use a same firmware.
