We have recently switched over to the T21p E2 I cannot log in with the user: admin is there anything I can do to restore it back so I can log in?

Anything will help thank you!
Hi,

First of all, would please tell me what's the firmware does the phone run?

if it's custom version, please contact the phone provider for help.

For this issue, please long press the "ok" button, then there will show a warning sentence, select ok,then the phone will reset,

after that, please try to use double "admin" to access the web UI!

if it can not work either, please contact the server provider or phone provider for help, because if you have a DHCP or PNP

enviroment, once you reset the phone, phone will send request to the server, and download the cfg files again.

so if there is sentence about password and username in the cfg file, please delete it,then test again!

Any question,please contact me freely!

So how do you delete the cfg file from the phone itself?

Hi,

Reset to factory default will clear the config data in the phone.

Hope this will help.

I have successfully reset to factory but am only able to if the phone is not connected to the network. If I attempt to reset to factory and have it connected to the internet the username and password defaults back to the unknown password. Trying to see if there is a setting on the phone I can delete to keep this from defaulting.

This mean the phone is locked to the provisioning server of your telecom provider.
Every time the phone reboot it will be provisioned with a, for you unknown, username/password and that’s why you can’t log in.
Please contact your telecom provider and ask them the username/password or ask to unlock your phone from their provisioning server.

Hope this will help.
