If you pickup the handset while a call is ringing, the yealink will automatically pickup a line. How do I disable that?

I need to be able to pickup the handset and select which ringing line to answer by pressing the button.

Please change or add the next line in your provisioning template:

#!version:1.0.0.1

#Enable or disable the IP phone to answer an incoming call by picking up the handset, pressing the Speakerphone key or pressing the HEADSET key directly; 0-Disabled; 1-Enabled (default);
features.off_hook_answer.enable = 0
Any way to do this on a per account basis or does it apply only to all accounts?
You would need a template for each behavior you would like to use.
Template 1 - Auto answer on Pickup
Template 2 - do not Auto answer on pickup

Depending on your PBX - there may be an option to set this per extension... which in turn may update a template/config file for the device.
